Refunds + Returns
At Five Star Elegance, we are committed to providing a true five-star experience from purchase to delivery. Due to the hygienic nature of luxury hair extensions, our made-to-order process, and the high demand for our units, the following refund and return policy is in place to ensure fairness and transparency for all clients.
Order Processing & Cancellations
All orders are custom made and begin processing once payment has been successfully completed.
- Orders typically enter processing within 48–60 hours of purchase.
- Refund or cancellation requests will only be honored if the order has not yet entered processing or shipped.
- Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned under any circumstances.
Returns & Refunds
For sanitary and quality control reasons, Five Star Elegance does not accept returns or issue refunds on any hair that has been:
- Worn or installed
- Altered in any way
- Washed or chemically treated
- Had lace cut
- Had security tags removed
- Otherwise used or tampered with
Refunds will not be issued due to personal preference, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with texture, color, length, density, or styling results.
All approved return or refund requests (if eligible) are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Five Star Elegance reserves the right to approve or deny any request at its sole discretion.
Grace Period & Restocking Fee
- Clients have 3 calendar days from the date of delivery to submit a return or refund request (if eligible).
- Any approved request submitted after the 3-day grace period will be subject to a $50 restocking fee, plus return shipping costs.

All shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Processing TimeApproved refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment within 3–5 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
